CIMAM’s 2025 General Assembly

Dear Members of CIMAM,

We are pleased to invite you to the CIMAM 2025 General Assembly, which will take place on Sunday, 30 November 2025 at 09:00 am CET, in Turin.

As established in Article 12 of the CIMAM Bylaws, the General Assembly serves as the Association’s supreme governing body, convened annually to review the Board’s report, financial accounts, program activities, and other matters essential to CIMAM’s mission and governance.

Preliminary Agenda

• 9:00 hrs. Welcome Remarks by Suhanya Raffel, CIMAM's President (5 minutes)
• 9:05 hrs. Financial Report by Bart de Baere, CIMAM's Secretary-General (10 minutes)
• 9:15 hrs. Reports on CIMAM’s main achievements during the last 3 years (15 minutes)
• 9:30 hrs. Feedback Session: General feedback for CIMAM (10 minutes)
• 9:40 hrs. Announcement of dates for CIMAM 2026 in Zimbabwe (10 minutes)
• 09:50 hrs. Approval of the appointment of Suhanya Raffel as Honorary Member of CIMAM, and acknowledgement to outgoing CIMAM Board members (5 minutes).
• 10:00 hrs. Announcement of the new Board and President for the period 2026–28 (10 minutes).
• 10:15 hrs. End of the General Assembly.

Kindly note that the agenda outlined above is tentative and may be adjusted before the General Assembly.

Participation Details

• You can participate on site when you register for the CIMAM 2025 Annual Conference, which will be held in Turin. CIMAM Members who are not attending the three-day event can register to attend the General Assembly in person by sending an email to inesjover@cimam.org.
  
• You can also follow the session online by registering through this link. Participation online will not allow live verbal interaction. Members are encouraged to send any questions in advance members@cimam.org, and these will be addressed during the General Assembly. Questions received during the session will be reviewed and answered afterwards.

As always, the contents and outcomes of the General Assembly will be made available after the Annual Conference in the Members-Only section of the CIMAM website.
