"As an arts leader and curator with experience working internationally, I am joining CIMAM because of the significant work CIMAM does to connect museums globally on matters of policy, advocacy, and ethical standards. I have written and spoken about the topics of care, decolonisation and the civic role of museums in recent years, and I am looking forward to contributing to CIMAM's ongoing work in this area.

In addition, I would value connecting with other leaders who are navigating the day-to-day running of museums in our current moment. I am keen to learn from colleagues about different leadership models and how to motivate teams in an ever-changing environment."
