Pérez, Maylin
Maylin Pérez, Independent Curator and Art Historian, Co-Founder and Director of the Fototeca de Panamá Foundation.

"Within my curatorial practice, my goal is to provide accessibility to art from an interdisciplinary perspective emphasizing multicultural connections, sustainability and research. That is why I am motivated to be part of the CIMAM community, to share with colleagues from different places the multiple ways of being a cultural worker, from institutionalization to entrepreneurship; and how together we can share experiences and create memories that contribute to a better society".

"I believe that being a member of CIMAM will contribute to my professional development, to incorporate new visions of the intersection between art, museums and the cultural economy. I would also like to connect with different professionals in the field whose experience could enrich my practice and provide new perspectives with a high academic/intellectual level".

Maylin Pérez, Independent Curator and Art Historian, Co-Founder and Director of the Fototeca de Panamá Foundation.
